Job Description/Requirements
Our client, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant. On a daily basis, the Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from prospective employees and current employees with HR related questions. This person will be responsible for recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for positions in the oil field. Will coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, and assist with safety orientations. This person will also be responsible for gathering payroll info. from the rigs and submitting to their corporate office. The three main areas of responsibility will include record keeping, interviewing, and recruiting. To be qualified for the position, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Must be bilingual, Must be familiar with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. Previous experience recruiting is required, oil/gas experience desired. Must have recruiting experience and a minimum of two years experience in an HR related position. Prefer experience with SAP software. Bilingual preferred.
