Our client, a healthcare provider, is searching for a Ultrasound Technologist. 

On a daily basis the Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for verifying exam orders, assisting Radiologist with Biopsy exams, proficient in all diagnostic exams and ultrasound exams, be knowledgeable in use and location of crash cart, defibrillator, O2, and location of all drugs and supplies, review own sonograms prior to submission to radiologist, reconcile studies and add diagnosis comments, advise supervisor of equipment problems that need repair, make sure DX codes are in computer for next day, and check cidex/metricide expiration date and record on expiration date on bottle.

To be qualified, the Ultrasound Technologist must have:

LICENSURE
- ARRT or Registry eligible
- Certified by Texas Dept. of Health in Radiology
- RDMS
- RVT

SKILLS

- Performs sonograms

EXPERIENCE (2-3 yrs)

-Radiology
- Ultrasound
- Vascular Ultrasound
